CNB (Construction Navale Bordeaux) was founded in France by Dieter Gust and Olivier Lafourcade on the right bank of the Garonne River, on the site of the former Chantiers et Ateliers du Sud-Ouest.\r\n\r\nCNB became part of Group Beneteau in 1992. Group Beneteau also purchased Lagoon catamarans, an arm of Jeanneau. CNB was then given the development of the Lagoon range.\r\n\r\nLaunch of the Bordeaux 60 in 2009, CNB’s first semi-custom model.\r\n\r\nCNB was purchased by Solaris Yachts (IT) in 2021 with integration taking place in 2022. After which production of the CNB 66 and 76 moved to the Solaris manufacturing facility in Italy.\r\n\r\nFrench manufacturing facility (prior to Solaris purchase):\r\nCONSTRUCTION NAVALE BORDEAUX - RCS Bordeaux \r\nn° 342 012 390\r\n162 quai de Brazza 33100 BORDEAUX\r\nFRA\r\n\r\nItalian manufacturing:\r\nVia Curiel, 49\r\n33051 Aquileia (UD) - Italy\r\ntel +39 0431 919712\r\nmob +336 22 44 8024\r\ncnb@cnbyachts.com
