Topcat GmbH

Founded by Bernd Breymann and Klaus Enzmannn. A family/brand of catamaran designs, the first of which was the F1, introduced in 1979. It is said the concept is based on the designers dissatisfaction with a trend towards complexity and fragility in many high performance 'off the beach' catamarans at the time.\r\n \r\nIn 1986, the faster and wider 18ft dual-trapeze "Spitfire" model was introduced.
